Payments and Refund Policy

All payments made through Digital Payment Bd are final. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless the issue is caused directly by our server.

If a technical issue occurs on our server that causes a failed transaction or prevents delivery of service, we will automatically process the refund — no request is needed from the user.

However, if the system is working properly and the issue is not on our server, no refund will be provided under any situation, including user mistakes or dissatisfaction.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and any personal information linked to it. Digital Payment Bd is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
